Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages the operating plan and strategic long-term plans for several university and healthcare partnerships.  They are responsible for executing the plan and determining any mid-course changes that may involve strategic and tactical changes in labor and investment allocations

  • Accountable for ensuring that student outcomes, starts, acquisition costs, revenue and costs align with the overall GCE/Orbis operating plan

  • Responsible for expanding relationships either through site expansion, contract extension, program expansion and/or improving performance of current sites

  • Ensure that all functional channels are linked through a common set of objectives that are supportive of the defined Orbis cultural values; At Orbis we: Are obsessed with generating positive outcomes, take responsibility, are accountable and follow through operate with boldness, candor and courage, take initiative and build momentum.   • 30-40% travel required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Proven track record managing and growing a P & L

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; passionate and persuasive communicator

  • Adept at working with academic stakeholders as well as financial stakeholders

  • Excellent relationship building skills with an ability to negotiate win-win partnership; Strong personal influence, leadership, coaching and people management skills; entrepreneurial, adaptable, innovative and action-oriented

  • Ability to manage in a matrixed customer supplier environment

  • General understanding of Marketing and Admissions within the HE space; experience and fluency with admissions processes

  • Ability to build relationships across many different stakeholder groups (ranging from academics at our university partners to hospital administrators)

  • Ability to analyze data quantitatively, think strategically and act operationally
